Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items only.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and non-refundable:
• Lashes
• Lip glosses
• Beauty products
• Intimates

Eligible returns:
• Apparel items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
